Yep. You can tell its' motion blur because you can see a second "head" behind his, and same for most of him. Motion blur.

I really do like it. The figure looks like it's fleeing, like from something thats been haunting it in a living life. No, I do not mean 'haunting' as a totally obvious, bad pun XD It's really nice and well done. And, if I didn't know this was a totally set-up photograph, I would've asked where this was taken and begged my parents to let me go. I love ghosties ^^
