China Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu saying on Tuesday that the autonomous region's development in Tibet was "better than ever"!!!!!!!I have today signed an petition calling on the Chinese government to respect human rights in Tibet and dialogue with the Dalai Lama. This is really important.
After decades of repression, the Tibetans are sending out a global cry for change.

Good sir, please give this a try and understand how Tibet(and other regions) came to play in Chinese history. [link] Yelling "Free Tibet" and "Tibet is not part of China" won't help you fight these Commie bastards. And Tibetans and Han folks had been brothers for ages until Commies came along and destroy us all from inside out.
My take is, Tibet is part of China but not the "People's Republic" because the Commies hates culture, faith, spirituality and religion. Communist China rose by destroying a nation (Republic of China) with constitution and senate.
I am a "politically incorrect" Chinese who is awaken and trying to fight back. And reclaim my history.

Indeed, a picture says a thousand words. Unfortunately, the odds of Tibet regaining it's independence from China are extremely slim, and the odds of the Chinese allowing Tibet autonomy are almost as slim, given their track record. As long as people educate themselves, and express their sentiments on China's illegal occupation of Tibet, maybe one day, autonomy of some kind, and the restoration of cultural Tibet might happen.
