Quality rather than quantity!
Not sure about this one, as it was my bold choice to take this with a fisheye lens for dramatic impact, which in retrospect made the "test subject" look really fat, so had to do some tweeking in post to sort that out, but now I'm not sure if the overall effect is weird due to some overworked perspective correction. In any case I'm done messing around with it and can't really see the wood for the trees any more.

What exactly is the construction of the "air" and "liquid" bags? Does the object get to choos which of the two she takes in?

They are latex bags. Just by the mouth are 2 levers, one for each of the 2 intakes. The liquid is closed off and the airway lever is opened. To take a drink, the air is closed off and the liquid is opened. With safety in mind, this has to be coincided after a deep breath and will only last a few seconds each time as it's impossible to breathe and drink at the same time.

Endurance: It is very tiring being excited and having your heart rate soar for extended periods. Also overheating, sweating, discomfort, itching.... and after a climax or two a break is needed, often a hot shower is more desirable than tight ropes and cramps.
