man, i've been wanting to do high speed studio shots forever, but the nikon d300s can only sync up to a max of 1/320th of a second. i also have a nikon d50 which can go up higher, but the fps is really limited, dang

I shot 1 picture at the time with sync 1/200 f.22
The trick is to use a flash (I have a Bowens studio flash) very close to the object and in a dark room.

i totally forgot that it's the flash that freezes the subject, not the shutter speed lol
do you have anyway to automatically trigger the flash to go off when it detects a sound or vibration? or did you just manually fire off the camera/flash?
