History:
Tragic things happen to innocent folk. It has been that way for years. Sadness and Death is a part of life, it happens and there is nothing for other to do about it.

Zaylum's parents where wild and loyal members of The Exile Herd. Her Sire was Fallon, a guard in the herd. He was well loved by the other members and lived for his duties. It was a passion of his to protect the members and loved ones around him. His eyes only had love for his job...till he found Zay's Dam, Casella. They soon breed and were given the joys of giving birth to their beloved filly.

The day of Zaylum's birth was everything but a joyful and happy time. Everything went wrong when to time came for Zay to enter the world and her mother paid the price. Death. She had entered the word and opened her eyes to the sadness and regret of her father and the lifeless body of her mother. It was all up to Fallon to care for the foal; However, he turned a cold shoulder. All the emotion had left the stallions soul. He was just a guard, just that. It was as if the large horse had turned into a cold and heartless machine. Raising his filly was nothing of importance to him, yet this is what shaped the young mare.

Fallon made sure that his daughter was respectful and loyal to any stallion that spoke to her or tried to breed with her. If they said that she would produce their young then she would. Honestly she would do anything that was asked of her..if not..she would take the punishment with no questions.

It was about 3 years ago, she was nearing her 14 year, when her abusive sire passed from wounds gathered in a fight. Some say it was because of the broken soul that he had just given up trying to fight for life, however young zay refuses to believe their words. To her, her father passed because of the wounds and lack of blood. Even if she was abused and unloved by Fallon she would remain loyal to him. Holding her love for him and mourning for his loss.

She is constantly told that she is now free from his control though she plans to respect his lessons given to her. Zaylum is a gently and loving mare but she will always follow words of her sire. She had been taught that way and thus is how she will remain...
