I think not... he only attacks who helps Ranay, so I think Megaman, Protoman and Tempo are out... if he notices Giga Woman is Roll probably he can pick a fight with her, but she needs to help ranay first...

The Evil Energy 'bot is the robot that Duo was fighting in the beginning of MM8; the Megaman Network's gallery is down at the moment, but IIRC they have an image of him in their Classic MM gallery somewhere.
