You have always envied the sea,because I loved nothing more
than the deadly cold
that it brought.
But you wouldn't give up on me.
Whenever you could,
you'd caress my face and
dance with my hair.
And I'd let you,
because I knew
I was strong.
because I believed
that you'd forget
about me
once I'd go.
I can still hear you, though.
Even now you're
whispering
my name.

This image really speaks to my soul. Still but in motion, hair flowing in the wind like so many whispered words now only echoes in the growing silence. The seems mood cold with quiet memories floating away. The eyes lost inwardly, seeing without sight, but still warm and deep, contemplating the next path to take while the whispers die away... It's tone so full of emotion, like a summers storm growing far away... Stunning image.
