You're welcome! So, about my IG post about that cover art for the novella, what does it remind you of?

By the way, I'm Rick. Studying Fine Arts at the University of Mindanao. Aspiring cartoonist currently working on my graphic novel project.

Oh Right, I saw you on Instagram.

Is that the cover art for your book?

Co-written by my uncle and yours truly. And also, have you heard of Agrnts of Ambush? It's a comic strip series created by Andrew Villar. He's one of the members of the Samahang Kartunista ng Pilipinas. When you get to meet him in any event, especially Komikon, that might be your chance.

Ah, yes I've heard of Agents of Ambush. I don't know him personally, but I am friends with one of his acquaintances.

And also, his son Amos created BuBu Burger. I remember meeting them at SM Aura in Taguig last year.

Thanks, Corossmo ! And now, I'm going to meet one of my inspirations, the famed book illustrator named Beth Parrocha Doctolero. She is best-known for her artworks for stories such as "Ang Pambihirang Buhok ni Raquel", the "Oh, Mateo!" series, "Sandosenang Sapatos", "Xilef", and Papel de Liha". Before Ash Simpson, there was definitely Beth Parrocha. I could count a lot of people who serve as inspirations.
