Thanks! And yeah, thinking about it -- I guess I have! And back then I thought I'd never be able to -- I was always so jealous of people with tablets and real art programs (still kinda am x3) but I've managed pretty well for using MSPaint and a mouse for almost everything!

Paint, mouse and GIMP for overlays and gradients!

... also like a LOT of ctrl+z and free time. xD

i use ms paint for the overlays and gradients because GIMP is a pain in the butt XDD and mine kept crashing

I know that struggle, trust me! x) 

Mine crashes like alllll the time that's why I save every two minutes and try to have everything finished on paint before I even begin to struggle with GIMP.
