Description
I decided to make a DeviantArt finally, so I can display all my Gemquestria artwork (though probably just all my artwork from here onward)! What is 'Gemquestria'? ... Basically a Steven Universe/My Little Pony crossover project. I even made a Tumblr for it! (gemquestria.tumblr.com)

This is the first Fusion I worked on: Rarilight! Rarity is Aquamarine and Twilight is Iolite, together they fuse to form the majestic, persnickety, extremely powerful/beautiful and nerdy: Blue Opal! (called Princess Opal by the rest of the Mane Six Gems)
She’s a perfect fusion, bound together by Rarity and Twilight’s compatibility and love and she’s really, REALLY purple. (more on her in the next picture)

Twilight Sparkle: Iolite
Twilight’s the most powerful gem, being an alicorn, and she’s the default leader of the group. She’s a much older gem than the other and possesses a lot of knowledge of gemkind. Her powers are a combination of magic and machine; her “weapon” isn’t technically a weapon. She wields a screen, like Peridot, that has a directory of every known spell for her to cast and it allows her to control, disrupt, enhance any nearby mechanism that runs on magic or electricity. Her natural magic is powerful enough where all she needs are the tools to further the raw power she possesses. Her gem is on the center of her forehead, right before the fringe of her bangs begins.
Rarity: Aquamarine
Rarity is a second-in-command of sorts, being the most organized (besides the obvious) and versatile. She has varied knowledge on gem and pony culture and is easily able to integrate herself into any situation. Her powers deal mostly with her creativity, she has the ability to create offensive and defensive constructs using her weapon (a paintbrush) and illusions/visions to distort reality and disorientate her opponents. She also has limited control of water. Her gem is on her chest.
