But to answer your inquiry, the purpose I have/would have for the adoptable is undecided at the moment.
But say I wanted to publish her in a future comic or story to be sold as a source of income, what would be you're requirements?
Would you even allow commercial use of the adoptable?
Would you require an extra fee in the sale price for such a privialge?
Or do you simply seek proper accreditation for the original design (For which you'd be given full rights to either way)?

You may draw her as depicted. Though personality wise, if you have ever seen XXXHolic, I imagine her personalty as being something similar to the characteristics of Yuko.
That is, she will become someone a bit eccentric in her manner of action and words toward someone she cares for/takes an interest in, but will still hold a strong reserve and sense of power about her that will earn her a great deal of respect from those around and under her.
