"Well... someone did."I noticed my drawings were always too energetic, so this one was a nice change of pace. And I went full blast on lighting in this one so I'm pretty happy about it
I also want to make more stuff like these (an illustration telling a small story)Oh yeah the characters' names are (from left to right): Kayne, Ehring, Audrey and Shelldon.

This is really great. O.o The emphasis on the lighting /shows/. Wow. And the characters really look 3D, like you could reach out and touch them. The warm tones in the center contrast nicely with the cold tones in the background. And the characters' personalities are adorable. This is just really great...?? Great job, man. o-o

Aww thank you very much! I'm pretty happy with the coloring and lighting in this one, however I think the background, the overall composition and execution could've been better and I didn't knew overpainting was a thing so many flaws are showing in the image T_T

I learned how to use the brush settings (overlay, vivid light) as well as the concept of rim light

The brush settings was just trial and error heh but the lighting I learned from a tutorial from KNKL's YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/channel/UCvM8s… )
