I like the lighting effects on it very much! This is the first of your art that I've ever seen, so I'm not sure if this is common or not.
Just a tiny point of improvement - the noses and mouths seem quite far up the face. I'm not sure if this is intentional, and it's something that I always do by mistake, but it does look a tad strange.
Apart from that, it's got great shading and lighting, as well as eye-catching colours. I think that this is great! I always wanted to be able to draw like this.

I know that feel. I didn't want to draw shoulders on my human characters for several months, even though they were clearly missing.
