Mmh... Let me think...
Quite a hairy subject, because i don't know if you went into getting a realistic look, with all the lines and perspective in place, or, went for a warped reality approach...
Well, if i can't tell that, it's already a sign of something bad! ... You have a Wii.
Yeah, i'll just spit out my first impressions right away before getting into the complicated stuff. I suppose that at the right is an IPhone, or an iPod at least, right? Because it looks like a 2002's Toshiba e330 PocketPC... And is it snowing out there? I can't see a thing out the windows!
Ok, let's spot defects now! You got a loose line in the place that connects his left arm with his hood. Also, another loose line on the lamp. His hands ... Ok, now, just look at your hand and pull back your thumb the most you can. Found something? Yeah, i don't think a thumb that pulled back is very natural... (It's not natural for raccoons to have thumbs in the first place, but, ignoring that part... Since i also draw talking bipedal dogs anyway...) His hands in general are acceptable, but on his right hand, you drew these blob like fingers, and then, on the left hand, you drew pointy fingers! Well, i don't like that blob shape, but i don't like them pointy either, somewhere in between would be perfect. Your sister's right hand ... i forgot the word i was about to say, but it means her fingers aren't all the same thickness (the middle finger is the thinnest and it shouldn't). But speaking about your sister, very well done! I have nothing else to point at her! On the TV though... That's a hell of a big TV! There's an huge error on it. I see the border bellow, i see the border at the right... WTF happened to the border at the top and left?! Sick world this is! Also, are the pictures on top of the TV supposed to be in some sort of warped style or...? Yeah... The windows at the back are also misaligned. That's why this keeps looking like warped perspective for me. And now, only the cat is left! Paws' paws are a little fat... and how dare you to brake his nose?! If his head is in that position, wouldn't it make more sense if his nose looked closer to his left eye and farther than his right one?
Mmh, these were all the defects i could spot. From here on, it's opinion based.
You went very careful with the shading and lines this time, it shows. It's better than usual. However, you don't really give the sense of depth to the room. You should do that by giving a gradient darker tone to the walls and floor. You should also give a gradient highlight to the TV screen, so it looks like... a screen (like this sta.sh/0fw8uacb75p) . The couch is all weird. The TV stand could also profit from an extra line there. And... Rodney stole the cat's tongue... Really, a tongue that small fits the cat, not him! His tongue should be bigger. But now that we came to Rodney's face, i can say "He's so cute!!!". Waw, his face is so well drawn! So much i feel like i could kiss him! ... More like chew his nose... It looks like it's swelling again... It needs some chewing! His ears also need some chewing... no wait, his ears are also very well drawn, your sister is very well draw, the tablet is well drawn... And the first impression is pretty good too!
For such an extensive picture, with this whole lot of content on it, you have made a pretty good job on it! There's something i wouldn't dare to do.
(You could profit much by working on that soft shading!)
Did i just took two hours to write this?! Ah, shiiii...

I've seen you get better and better each time, I think at thsi rate you'll be reaching your goal quicker than you think, awesome work :3
I see you'd need to get quite abit of more detaul when it comes to shape, and sometimes with the paws there's also a small think because I tend to think your characters have wide eyes like "O.O" XD
But anyway, overall you'll be kicking all those artists' butts in less than a year, you'll be a great artist and a great comic creator if you want it that way. Wish you the best of lucks :3

I think more artists should illustrate some slice-of-life moments from their own lives, whether it be as their actual selves or their online personas. Β There's more to each of us than the work we decide to share with others, after all.
And adding your raccoon sister in the background was a nice touch as well. Β Helps pull things together and add to the "this is a snapshot of my life" theme.

Solid job on the perspective and the background detail here, it takes some doing to pull off, and I think you did.
