Ah ... the fun of self adjusting a subluxated C1 through C7 vertebrae in one's neck.
Been there and done that too.
Just don't overtorque your neck.

yeah i feel ya, im bad about it too! ive gotten to the point i dont even need to use my hands anymore, just tense up my neck and it cracks. awesome painting too btw

hehe me too! you arent alone! i do that far too often as well and it seems to freak people out so i'm trying to stop.. i keep finding people giving me funny looks at red lights :-S its a little awkward..

LoL i crack my foots, my fists ,my head sometimes, my toes, my leg hmmm what else... well, i don't think i crack anything else - which is wierd becouse all other people only crack theyr fingers which is the only thing i aint cracki'n

mmm.......i love waiting for a few hours, saving it up, and then going to the bank or a public area and cracking my neck. I dont use my hands either, just spin my head around, looks like my heads about to tear off when i do it. People give you the weirdest looks when you do that.
