Were they born like this or were they conjoined later on in life? If so, how?

The original plan was for them to be conjoined at birth but I am thinking of changing it since that would give me more freedom for storytelling. The best I've come up with so far is that they started dating each other, got separated on a school trip and had to cuddle up to keep warm during the night. They awoke to find their legs gone, their waists conjoined and must learn to survive until help arrives.

Well for waste disposal they'd have to use some specialised seat or try and balance themselves since it's underneath where they're bodies merge. Hence Eve wearing a skirt to cover themselves. For the latter they both have normal parts, but would most likely feel when the other is getting stimulated and would need to come to a compromise for a relationship.

Yeah, you even said that they only recently started dating and now they're possibly permanently stuck with each other, and physically I dont think that they can actually have normal intercourse do to how close their hips are to each other, or at least it would be kind of difficult, but hey, at least they didn't get suck with a lack of genitals and only a shared urinary hole on the front
