This is my first of three long overdue manips, and eeep, was it fun! I have always been wanting to play with fire, so when TrinitySilph said she wanted me to do her fire-boy Illoneus for my half of an art trade, I was stoked. It took way longer than I would like, but it finally got done. I feel like I'm finally getting more comfortable with manes and tails, and I did a bit of background manipulation too.

You are so talented and this turned out absolutely marvelous. I think your newfound comfort with hair is showing in this piece, there is a nice, soft flow to the mane that is very appealing. The markings are quite well-done, I struggle with sharp-edged markings, so you have my respect on that! The hazy background is a nice complement, and the color palette is perfect.
