A cute drawing. Anatomy looks good. Only I find my mouth and nose a little too far down. But I think that's part of your style.

For me, for example, the shading on the raised paw is not quite right. It's just a bit too coarse because the shading, for example, just goes straight through that little toe on the upper paw. Also, the shading between the eyes, which point to the nose, are not quite right. They go too close together and the line on the right side should cast much less shadow through the perspective. Then we have the breast and tail fur. These I think gennerell a little too dark shaded because there are so large areas. And on the tail there should be no shadow on some of the upper lines because there is actually light.
