Decided to do some Warriors fan art before my break ended.Β
I haven't drawn Warriors in a while.
to be honest, the fandom is really starting to die on me
So here, have some Thistleclaw x Snowfur. Probably one of the most tragic couples in the series.
Characters belong to Erin Hunter.

Even though Thistleclaw was kind of a dangerous psycho to me, he was such a cute mate Snowfur and little Whitekit <3
I always asked myself what StarClan-cats do if their beloved mate, child or parent is in Dark Forest Β

Actually, whilst being alive, Thistleclaw was training in the Dark Forest. This can be seen in Crookedstar's Promise, when Mapleshade takes Crookedjaw there. Bluestar never chased Thistleclaw out of StarClan, because he was never there. Even if Thistleclaw did make it to StarClan, Bluestar wouldn't have driven him out. That'd be against her morals, as seen in The Forgotten Warrior, pages 180-181, Bluestar explains that if a cat ends up in StarClan, they deserve to be in StarClan and this must not be questioned. She wouldn't have defied this. Thistleclaw wanted needless bloodshed, and to get that he started training in the DF. Also, it was never clarified that Bluestar chased Thistleclaw out of StarClan, just assumed. Bluestar didn't have anything against him except for her general dislike of his opinions on battle. Thank you for your time, next time read a better portion of the books and get solid evidence before making these kinds of assumptions.Β

I agree with you. I'm also mad that a lot of people who think Thistleclaw should go to StarClan also think that Ashfur should go to the Dark Forest. THEY MADE THE SAME (BLEEP) MISTAKE! I MEAN JUST SEND THISTLECLAW TO STARCLAN AND GET IT OVER WITH!!!!!!!!

Well, Ashfur was pretty awful before he died, I can agree with that. I find it kind of stupid he was sent to StarClan anyways, because he "loved too much". Also, if it weren't for the fact that Thistleclaw trained in the DF, then I'm pretty certain he would've landed in StarClan instead of the DF. Augh complications

Bluestar didn't kick him out and no cat can change his fate. Buuuuut Ashfur doesn't deserve to be in Starclan. Thistleclaw didn't try to KILL Snowfur. Because nothing says "I love you" like die. (personally i hate both of them, but the point still stands)

But I have an argument: Thistleclaw lost more than Bluestar; he lost his sister of sickness, his kit is taken away from him because Bluefur believes that he is insane, Snowden is run over by a car, AND he is judged that he is evil but he never killed any cat! He was just grieving and ambitious; but not in a bad way.

Bluestar lost WAY more than Thistleclaw, she lost Moonflower, Stormtail, Mosskit, Oakheart, Snowfur, Redtail, Lionheart, Runningwind, Stonepelt, Sunstar and her sanity. Not to mention Tigerclaw's betrayal and the fact that Mistystar and Stonefur were raised by someone else. Thistleclaw only lost Sweetpaw and Snowfur :/

Thistleclaw actually had Tigerpaw(claw) attack Tiny and would have had him kill Tiny had Bluefur(star) not stopped and begged him to let Tiny go. Thistleclaw did lose a lot, and I think that losing Snowfur is what made him spiral into madness. He also would make Whitekit(storm) fight Tigerkit(claw) to make him stronger. He almost killed Oakheart for crossing their territory had Bluefur and the other not persuaded him to let Oakheart go. Thistleclaw was pretty decent in the beginning and he's a great, interesting character, but lost his way after Snowfur's death.

She lost her mother and her father didn't save her mother she lost her sister she lost all her kits but really just one but she coudnt see the others grow up she was mostly separated from them. And actually bluefur took whitekit away because he was training him warrior moves to young and whitekit could have been really hurt and goose feather told her not to allow him to make whitekit have rage and evil over his heart. Well, you have point about Thistleclaw training Whitekit harshly and young, but when him AND Bluefur took part in raising him, Whitestorm became so wise and noble when he was a warrior
