-*SPOILERS FOR THE FIRST SERIES AND HINTS OF THE SECOND*-
Although some of the books (Especially the 4th and 5th, which felt like bad filler.) dragged on, the story line was really good and was a relief from the 3rd and 4th series of Warriors (We seriously didn't need them... or Crookedstar's Promise and SkyClan's Destiny).
I like the 1st book of the 2nd series - although it drags from time to time and the bears sometimes act as if they can't do anything without 3 signs a day or a spirit - the new bears introduced into the plot are really interesting, and the characters have somewhat matured and deviated from their cliche roles - Ujurak's more or less the same, but Toklo isn't as proud or independent and knows when to step down, Lusa isn't so dang gushy and optimistic but is still determined and caring, and Kallik isn't so emotional or moral-driven but instead is level-headed and probably is the best tactician as she always sees both sides to an argument.
