Hm... I don't know, maybe if you jacked the contrast up some? This and "p l a s t i c" seem to be a bit too... bland? maybe try toying around with expressions, she looks confused, rather than scared... I know I'd be scared sh*tless if I were suffocating, trapped in plastic
Also, the humidity on the plastic resulting from her breath detracts a bit from it.

Her face seems a bit wide.
I don't know. Maybe the plastic makes it seem weird?
There's just something.. weird about it.
I do like the concept and the lighting is good.
