Former military general in skywrench, now one of the 4 mafia lords controlling Agnistia's underworld, he was banished due to his vampiric activities ( draining the souls of countless goblins ). Count Rudec is unlike any vampire, he absorbs his victims' souls and store them into red crystals from which he can generate energy, these crystals can also be sold in the underground market with millions of coin. Rudec doesn't consume the victim's soul as it changes his physical form. His form is already slightly changed, as he is more slender, his eyes turned bloody red and he is a bit taller than the average goblin.
