I've also dabbled a bit with sapce backgrounds, but I've never been able to make a convincing "space dust" brush. Might I ask how you make the effect where the outlines look somewhat like clouds (the part that is not stars)?

hehehehe me too!!! Most of my nebula I create using fractals I make in Apophysis.. Crown Nebula is a fractal
