Love the blue highlights - quite a difference surface treatment for you - a more plastic like feel rather than glossy chrome, but I think it goes very well with the overall atmosphere and color scheme here.

Very cool! Love the little 'read-out' things in the middle. How do you do that?

Vectors <33
I love the combi, especially those play buttons are very original n__n
Really, it's really amazing, it might have been even better with more light coming from behind the render, but it's really great this way <33

I tried it with a lot more light coming out, but it washed everything out... this piece needed to stay darker... I have others similar to this in my gallery with less light and some with a lot more.. I used an abstract render of my own from bryce and multilayered it with your png ( which I had to change the color on to match up with the background) and then added some vector stuff... all in all considering i was dog tired from work, i think it came out fairly well...
On my next couple of days off i am going to play with the C4D of yours.. I already broke it up into 15 pieces so that I can move it around and use it in different ways,, it is like having 15 different models..lol.. I also tried rendering it for you, but it really cranked down in the very middle and slowed to a crawl.. I might have to set it up and let it render overnight.... but it is a beautiful piece...

I told ya >_> It's exactly the same here, the first part is rendered in an hour or something, but the middle... :S
I don't know what part exactly is killing it, but it simply can't take that part there :/ I seriously hope you can render it n__n
And for the piece, yeah, I understand what you mean, but sometimes, something simple, like an gradient overlay, might do a lot! But at the other side, I understand why you wanted this piece to be darker ^_^
Ah well, good luck with the render, and surprise me! I know you'll turn it into something great n__n
