The baddie looks fricking badass.
That's a bit of a mistake, though...You can't make the baddies cooler than the good guys.

look at the empire in star wars, for instance - way cooler than those pansy jedi
I took inspiration from the helghast in killzone on playstation (shit game, in my opinion, with fantastic art - like mirrors edge)
