I love this so much! Did you cosplay this at Acen? If you did, I saw you!

Thank You! Yep, I cosplayed as Teddie the last few years at Acen. I didn't this year unfortunately but I'm thinking about cosplaying as Teddie again for next year.

Any tips or advice for a Teddie costume maker? Me and my sewing buddy are intending to do it for a friend ^^

Yeah, definitely. Sorry, I didn't respond quicker. I keep forgetting to check this account. I use 2inch thick foam for the body and head. I sewed the foam together making a cone shape leaving a hole in the bottom for the legs. I used a piece of foam as a divider for the hole. For the head, I sewed foam together to make a half sphere frame and then measured out foam to sew in the spaces. For the fabric, I covered the body in duck-tape and removed it and cut it for a pattern. The eyes were spray painted plastic canvas (normally used for cross stitching). That way they can really work for eyes to see through. I also cut out the plastic canvas and covered it with red felt to make the buttons. On the inside of the costume, I attached white suspenders so that the costume could stay up while my arms were out of Teddie's arms and to provide extra support for the costume itself. They were attached 3/4ths of the down using a combination of sewing and hot glue. I used a sleeping bag zipper to attach the head and body together like how Teddie really would work. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be more then happy to answer.

This is perhaps the best cosplay i've ever seen. You decided not to be fluffy teddie nor human teddie but both!
