Heritage
Alex is a first-generation polar/grizzly hybrid. Her mother is the grizzly and her father is the polar bear.

Family
Alex's immediate family is a small one, having only her parents and older sister Natasha. Her parents aren't officially married, so while she and Natasha share their mother's surname of Clover, their father's surname is Basker.

Magic
Alex likes to call herself a shapeshifter, but truth be told, she can only change color. She loves tropical fish, so can usually be found sporting bright patterns. Her eyes, hair, nose, and inner ears never change colors; she won't say if it's intentional or another limitation.

Nobody else in her family has any sort of magic, making her "a bit of" an oddity.

Personality and Interests
Alex is - for the most part - calm and easy to get along with. She doesn't take jibes at her weight very well, but this is a general attitude towards any sort of rudeness. It's best to stop when she starts getting annoyed, no matter what you're saying or who you're saying it about - there's a lot of muscle under that fat, and Alex is the type to take a swing in defense of others. Leading a fairly simple and undemanding life, Alex "studies" tropical fish idly, loving the bright colors and patterns that most land creatures lack.
