hmm--first save the pic u wanna use into ur computer (it has to be 50x50 i believe) (though if u just right click and save the one next to my username it'll already be the right size)
then hold ur mouse over the lil square of ur avatar on ur profile page till a white thing goes around it, and u click edit, which should be around the upper right corner
...or u can just go to 'my settings' x)
then u click browse and choose the pic u saved and ur done
