The bot creator preemptively blocked me from commenting on the most recent bot account, presumablyΒ for what I've posted on it's earlier accounts. Damn, how much of an aggravating pain in the ass does one have to be to get blocked by a bot? Needless to say, I am now extremely proud of myself.

People do report them but the creator just launches it again from a different email address. It's been banned literally hundreds of times since it first appeared way back in 2013. At least it's harmless as long as you don't click on it's links.
