(it's 2/2 cause I finally finished the version that includes sticks instead of gemerl, and one day before i head out to see the solar eclipse too)

My second take on how team rose should have been composed following 2014 (ironically it was almost exactly 10 years later from when i felt gemerl should have been the third), i don't know whether sticks would be a better speed type with amy taking the role of power, or vice versa, but regardless sticks was one of the few things boom did alright with conceptually. so much so to the point that I actually think she'd be fine to add to the main cast as a sixth main protagonist, though only if they could give her a unique and FUN playstyle that could work well with a classic game (amy and cream showed that they were great to play as in sonic 2 pink and the advance series), though unlike with boom she shouldnt be added at the cost of sacrificing cream to the same void as mighty and ray. not much else to say other than this was the first/second time in my gallery i've spent a little bit of time practicing shading, progress is not as well as i wish it would be, but I definitley am getting slightly better at it.

(random idea I had for how sticks could function in classic; first give her a reskin of either bunnies attack skill from the sonic 1 bunnie hack or manic's drumstick boomerang attack from sonic brother trouble hack, by replacing it with sticks boomerang, give her amy's giant steps/leaps from sonic advance and the sonic 1 amy hack instead of a spin-dash, and finally give her either vectors wall climbing ability from knuckles chaotix, sonic 1 vector hack, and sonic classic heroes hack, or knuckles headbutt attack from sonic advance 3 (when your teamed up with sonic). she would be EVEN HARDER than either knuckles or amy to master, but a fitting and fun challenge in the classic setting)
