This could be another way to bring dead back to life, with the use of their essence. concept reminds of the Johanne Straus from Hellboy 2. Overall, love your artwork.

So cool. It's badass and slick and frightening all at once. I was afraid of robots too - I think that fear has turned into a fascination as an adult, though, and exploring fears through art can make for the best art!

Is this a combination of motorcycle photographs, brushes and paintovers?
This is fantastic! Fun Fact: I was also horribly afraid of skulls but not that much of robots

People often tend to make art about the things they fear. Stephen King was afraid of clowns before it was normal to be afraid of clowns.

To obtain this armor, you only need a couple million credits and every other armor set in existence. And a strong love for shooting aliens.

Epic and sophisticated!! Truly amazing work... love the concept and can't get enough of the splendid red details....Truly awe inspiring and also fell in love with the barcode on the helmet! Btw...did you ever find out the basis of your fear? Sometimes our fears become our strongest points once we vanquish them
