I'm so happy with my newest obsession
I fell in love with Final Fantasy VII since the moment I began to play the game half a year ago. Not to forget to mention Advent Children. I 
that movie.This is a scene coming from Advent Children where Cloud finds Tifa in Aeris' church. I always loved this shot. And since some people mentioned to draw either Tifa or this picture (remember, ~fatal-tragedy ?
), I thought I would give it a try. I think this drawing came out pretty nice!The title I choose is a soundtrack of Advent Children. I thought it would fit well
.Took me approx 25 to 30 hours. Cloud's hair and vest was hard to do
but fun. I only used 2H, HB, 2B and especially 3B 0.5 mechanical pencils, and of course a tissue and tortillion for blending.

It's a problem I often find myself having when I draw.

It's not as smooth or perfectly photo realistic like your latest pics but you've managed to capture the likeness perfectly. I love Cloud's expression lol :3

Ehm... *thinks* it's the part when he's chasing after Kadaj. I like the part of the scene at Aeris' church the most, when the water falls upon Cloud and his geostigma disappears.

Like the first sentence says: 'A tortillion is nothing more than a piece of rolled paper used as a blending tool.'
I use a tortillion to smudge very small and detailed areas. It's really useful!

What do you mean I cheated!!! I spent 4 bloody hours to draw every freakin' stitch! 
But I thought it was fun to do, really.
Hmm I can't really say what's the best way. Just do what you think would look like the best.

lol i didnt mean you REALLY cheated!! its what me n say cause we just did lines or loops or whatever....not the proper stitching....if you look at a woolen jumper....the stitches are the actual pattern...kinda loopy....like knitting....PLEASE YOUR THE BEST DRAWER IN THE WORLD I WOULD NEEEEEVEEER SAY ANYTHING TO OFFEND YOU!!! i saw you didnt do a patter like knitting....you did a MUCH better version of what i did....a thick black line and some lighter shading and sketching in between....it looks fabluous though!!

lol dont worry even in the movie...you hardly ever see the stitches... what youve drawn is basically it.....im saying that if you want to be a REAL perfectionist.....you could draw the actual stitching despite that even the movie doesnt show it....i think there is one scene when cloud is talking to areith and when she touches his shoulder...thats the only time you see his clothing up close enough.......
