I'm so happy with my newest obsession
I fell in love with Final Fantasy VII since the moment I began to play the game half a year ago. Not to forget to mention Advent Children. I 
that movie.This is a scene coming from Advent Children where Cloud finds Tifa in Aeris' church. I always loved this shot. And since some people mentioned to draw either Tifa or this picture (remember, ~fatal-tragedy ?
), I thought I would give it a try. I think this drawing came out pretty nice!The title I choose is a soundtrack of Advent Children. I thought it would fit well
.Took me approx 25 to 30 hours. Cloud's hair and vest was hard to do
but fun. I only used 2H, HB, 2B and especially 3B 0.5 mechanical pencils, and of course a tissue and tortillion for blending.

i realy love this drowing the hardest thing 4 me to do is the texture of the clothes but it lookes that u did not have a problem with his clothes!

WHOA!!! COOL! you know, you're very good at drawing. Especially Final Fantasy VII. i too, fell victim to it's movie. after the movie i played the game to refresh my memory and i ended up getting obsessed. This is really good, i have to fav it

Sometimes I get really sad when I'm watching the movie. Not because of the quality of the movie, not because of the storyline, but because damn Square-Enix made all those characters way too cool and I wish they were alive so I could send them a bunch of fanmail and stuff lol.

Thank you! I'm a big fan of AC as well, (if you haven't figured it out yet lol).
Hmm by smear you mean blending? For the detailed work (hair, clothes, some parts of the face) I don't blend, but the rest of the drawing, especially the background and the skin, I blend really a lot with a tissue and/or with a tortillion. Tissues and tortillions are far more useful than just using your finger because fingers can leave ugly marks and spots on your drawings which cannot be erased.
