I 'tried' to colour my Roses are Red drawing a couple of months ago. I'm not sure yet about the result, but I'm practicing xD expect more attempts in the (near?) future. Oh dear lord!
Used Photoshop for the colouring.
Pencils for drawing the original.
Aaaand.... that's about it. I guess?
Yeah, I'm a happy person.

It looks fantastic colored! I love the soft, aged quality to it--like those old photographs that were colored by hand from black-and-white film.

well i think the skin tones are nice, and you used purples too but i think a bit of the saturated skin line near the highlight would work even better ( you know..when the shadow ends and there's the light source right next to it, the skin is more saturated)
the lip tone is my favourite here
