Is it the stillness of my heart,what I ought to keep at bay?
Is my light now getting dark,
much too high a price to pay?
Is it the moments forever lost
or the ones that never came?
Is it my fragile fading ghost
now staring me in shame?
Is it the words I dared not say
whatβs holding me here bound?
Is it really hard for me to stay
and hear their bleeding sound?
Is it the breath I kept for last,
in my chest, trying to come out?
Is it that time goes by too fast,
to learn what this is all about?
