My entry for the Pinup contest at the group Cats-Artists.(My scanner ate the best parts of her colouring, naturally.)
The essence of a traditional 1950s pinup is not sex. It's about flirtation. The raw and overbearing sexuality of the modern pinup is nowhere to be seen - if there's underwear, it covers. If there are bare breasts, it's classy. There are no spread-thighed crotch shots or hands pushing the girl's breasts together.
It's all about personality.

Okay, those were my pretty much my thoughts exactly about modern v. classic pin-ups. Flirtation, not sex; yes, that is it! I can never find the right way to say things.
The pose is definitely classy pin-up, and the anatomy is amazing! She is sexy, I must tell you. I love her hips. <3
