Character OC for the Naruto Fest contest atThis dopey looking ninja is named Catch, nicknamed, the "mouse shinobi".
A wind jutsus specialist.
Very minimal fighting ability. Trained to avoid confrontation at all cost.
His two trademark skills is transforming into "leaves floating on a breeze", to infiltrate enemy territory or escape unnoticed.
And summon mice ninjas for an extra pair of eyes when he's on his spy missions.
