totally love how accurately you draw both the girl anatomy and the perspective=0 ! the color fits perfectly with the details. the line works is the best!

Yeah, my inspiration was poster art for bands and a lot of them have 60's Beatles-like psychedelic roots. The cat gives off a Cheshire cat vibe, huh?

Thanks! I've always loved Art Deco and Art Nouveau and I especially like the way music posters have incorporated them, that poster art was my inspiration here.

I have to say, I love the line work! 

Interesting design on her hair. The pattern was a good choice to go with as it fits perfectly with the curvilinear lines abound in various aspects of the piece.

I also like the pink hues you used for her skin and her hair. I am entranced by the shading of the skin. It looks really good as well!

Thanks! I'm going to commit myself to improving on line work. The shading was fun to work on, using softer brushes and adding in rim lights really does help add depth. I'm glad I experimented with it as I almost left it with flat colors~

Awesome, glad you like the colors! It took awhile to settle on this color scheme, it originally was yellow, brown and green.

About halfway through I made some huge changes, plus I started it back in 2009. I think I'll try to compile all the stages into a walkthrough for it soon.

This reminds me of a poster project I had in Drawing/Painting II. I love the layout, how everything flows and intertwines. The color scheme also further unifies the piece over all. Awesome job. ^^
