Description
The updated (as of 4-21-2017) design for Lexi the fox girl for my Altered Awareness project, which is about a small town whose residents dreams have been corrupted. I wanted to make her a simpler design that I can easily draw and can appeal to all the different audiences I have for my art, including adult art!Lexi is a very spontaneous, energetic nature lover who dislikes technology. She made some old AV cables into a necklace~
I gave her a bow along with her close range claws to emphasize her nimble nature.

I've been working on ref sheets/concept art a lot lately. I hope to have another finished soon, but I'm not too happy with it so I need to rework some stuff. It should be good practice for ref sheet commissions!

Thanks! My initial idea for her to use broken technology scavenged from an environment where nature has overtaken modern technology.
There is a whole thought out reason for why stuff glows all cyberpunk-like but it's convoluted and hard to explain succinctly...

Boiling story and concept art ideas down to easily explained bullet points can be a real challenge. I learned about it a bit in a writing class in college but it's still hard in practice.

He has a consistent style and a lot of awesome Renamon art! I find it hard to keep my style consistent since I shift from concept art to fan art to furry art with both full paintings and line art. It gets kind of messy trying to find a process that works.

Messy,huh?Doing something different than consistent art isn't bad.Try to make something sometimes different.But rember to not overdo.Your art haven't to be like that of Doom.
