your concept is great. it looks dynamik and intens. it has nice shadering and the light effekts are great placed.

well otherwise i habe some question. i always draw with sai but a couple of weeks ago i downloaded photoshop cs2 for editing cosplay fotos from friends. Now i was curious about how it can better then sai for drawing. since you used both i was wondering what you did with what and why?

As for why we use both photoshop and sai, this is mainly because there are two people working on this piece and we end up drawing in the programs that suit us best. For me (Tsukiko) I mainly use sai over photoshop because I find the brush to be finer then photoshops (I had cs2 at the time and recently switched over to cs5). I find blending to be much easier in sai and I like the friendly controls at the top (angle bar and zoom bar). I mainly only use photoshop for color correction, effects, straight lines, and custom brushes. Photoshop certainly has more options so it's perfectly fine to draw everything in that program rather than sai. It's comes down to a matter of preference and how comfortable you are with sai or photoshop. =＾● ω ●＾=
Akami: I use photoshop mainly because I like the feel of the brushes better. Personally I feel like SAI has a tendency to look a little too sleek or smooth when I'm trying to make texture. I'm also more used to the shortcuts and tools that PS has to offer- mostly color editing and filters. (=ↀωↀ= )✧
