- retracting from your bid will result in a warning, and a pull out from the auction. Second time you do this, you will be blocked . If you have a solid reason for not keeping the offer up, please contact me and we can sort things out.
- If the winner doesn't reply in 48 hours, I might give it to the second highest bidder, or restart the auction alltogether.

- You are allowed to add this character to any project you might have, profit or non profit (except making it a NFT. This is not allowed)
- Credits are obligatory as I am the creator of the design.
- all of the terms below apply to this too ofc.

__OWNERSHIP:

- You can alter the adopt's design as much as you want, the story, colors. Anything
- you can resell, gift or trade
- a new owner cannot use this for commercial use without contacting me first and discussing its price.

__PAYMENTS:

- payment plans/holding can be discussed (over $100) if you have bought an adopt from me before or won an auction. Contact me
- all payments will go through me sending an invoice to you
- You can hold a payment if you have bought adopts from me, or won at least 2 auctions before~ contact me!
