So...today I read that Malva from the Elite Four was formaly a member of Team Flare...I can't tell you how confused and mad I'm now. Be part of a evil Team and still works in the Elite Four? Very good, Malva, very good...I just get the idea to style Malva in the outfit of Team Flare. Maybe she was once part of the scientists. I mean, look at her pink, crazy hair and her glasses. I wonder why she left Team Flare...

Malva left Team Flare because they were all a bunch of incompetent losers if they weren't named Lysandre.

Truth be told: I hated how obvious of a villain Lysandre was. I'd love it if he was a red herring, and Malva was the true leader! It would be kinda neat in my opinion.

I bet she did have good intentions and agreed with Lysandre about how the world was being destroyed by people's selfishness and did want to change it, but I don't think she was evil and wanted to destroy everything else.

She probably left right when the Team disbanded (as in, she was an E4 while still being a Flare member), or maybe she never completely left at all |3
That, and we already had a evil Team leader who was revealed to be a Gym Leader, though yeah, it is a step up ^^
Anyways, the outfit and pic both look great, I know I sure would reconsider joining Team Flare is I knew she's on the team >3

Well, I didn't played the game yet, so I can't say much to this topic. But I suppose she left Team Flare before it was destroyed, but still beliefs in it's ideas. Didn't she said something about "want to protect the honor of Team Flare"? After this quote she can't hate Team Flare much, or?
Yeah, right, Malva wasn't the first! I totally forgot Giovanni! Well well well...the guys who gives the jobs of Gymleaders and Elite Four members away should know more about the past of their members...
I wouldn't join Team Flare, mostly because I don't know much about it. But you're right, Lysandre and Malva are very charismatic, so why not? But before Team Flare, I would join Team Plasma.

Well, remember how Giovanni was reminiscing about his days as a trainer and Gym leader when you encounter him in his Gym? That clearly indicates he became the head of Team Rocket long AFTER he was a Gym Leader. I'd sya the same would be Malva's case, she was probably an Elite 4 before she became a Flare.
Hehe, and while Lysandre IS an interesting character full of charisma, Giovanni and Cyrus still outclass him (though on the flipside, while Cyrus himself was awesome, his team sucked almost as much as Plasma...). And then we have Malva, who's not only a fellow Fire-type user and an insane pyromaniac, she's also just as hot as the type she uses >3 so yeah, she's the only part that would really make me want to join the team >3
Ane... well... lets just say I do not see a single reason to ever as much as consider joining "Team Fake PETA"... I understand you might like them, so lets leave it at that or it could end up badly for us both

Well, it's a while since I played Red/ Blue/ Yellow, so I don't know much about Giovanni and Team Rocket anymore But in PokΓ©mon Origin he was awesome I must admit.
Hmm, but why created he Team Rocket? Okay, money money money and so, but wouldn't that be Team Flares goal too? Argh, it's so complicated...
And Malva: why the heck joined she Team Flare? I don't really get it. Okay, maybe she liked the idea of a perfect world (or Lysandre he he he he...), but as Elite Four member I can't trust her anymore.

You would join Team Flare because they have Malva, and I would join Team Plasma because they have N, Akuroma, the Shadow Triad and okay, I must admit, Ghetsis too. I'm not mad when you don't like Team Plasma, their idea are crazy and stupid, and everybody know it

Well, there are many theories to Team Rocket's goal, but as a crime organization, how is money and power a bad goal? Team Flare gathered money just to realize their plan (since such operations don't come cheap). And by the way, at least the Rockets didn't try to destroy the planet (or end up doing so while trying to improve it...).
And no Cyrus wanted to erase the world completely, creating a new one from scratch, while in Lysandre's case, he wanted to wipe the world clean of the people he deemed unfit, the main difference is that Cyrus's plan involved killing everyone, including his followers, heh, he didn't feel no remorse whatsoever, no matter what happened around him... Lysandre on the other hand, felt remorse, but thought it's the only way to ensure a better future for the world.
As for Malva, I'm pretty sure her goal was to survive, we can't exactly blame her, and seeing such corrupt people like Ghetsis roaming the land, I don't exactly blame Lysandre or Malva wanting to rid the world of certain people |D
As for Ghetsis, his goal was not exactly the same, he merely wanted power for himself, ridding other people of Pokemon so that no one could oppose him, even the nihilistic Cyrus had more sincere intentions than the completely corrupt Ghetsis.
And I admit, Colress and the Shadow triad were cool... but N... well, he did get better in B/W2, but in the original... argh...

I'd love to learn more about Malva's past with Team Flare. She's a woman of many mysteries. She must have quit the team a long time ago if she became trusted enough to get into the Elite Four... Or perhaps she was Team Flare's spy in the E4 all along? Maybe she never quit Team Flare and only revealed she was part of it after the player had stopped Lysandre for good. She certainly seems to be pretty mad at the player at the League every time you challenge her so it might be reasonable to assume that even if she had quit Team Flare previously, she still believed in their cause and was still somewhat loyal to them.
