My brother has watched both of them and he said that brotherhood is much better than the first one 
I also saw the film but it didn't really fit in XD it was kind of weird

Well, I heard strange things about the first anime too, so I don't want to watch it.
Oh, the film...I watched it too, and even for me it was sometimes hard to understand, 'cause it was kinda weird

some of the parts in brotherhood are completely different to the first one but its still good
it didn't make much sense XD
