Description
This isn't the first charactersheet commission I've had but it is the first one I've been able to post here.~Fractile 's awesome character Chi'arsae
I loved doing her horns <3
Critiques wanted for anatomy, page set up and coloring but not of the character itself.
Edit: I couldn't fix CS3 but I found a way to fix the jpg that were saved from it.

I'm glad you do! Those where the hardest parts but I'm really happy with how they came out

You probably need to adjust your Adobe options. Try seeing if there's a way to use a profile for Adobe 1998 instead.

People have mentioned that, and I'm sure you're right but the problem is I can't seem to find out what setting is though. The color profile it was in before was sRBG IEC1966 2.1 which is the default supposedly for web images according to CS3 and when saved as a jpg or png it generally drains the red out of picture. When set on Adobe 1998 the saved image looks fine in preview and safari but looks awful in firefox. I know that there are generally some problems with firefox and image profiles but everything I did before I started using CS3 looks exactly the same in both firefox and safari.
Sorry if that means a load of nonsense, I'm still new to understand how it all works. I guess it really does just boil down to a setting being off and the problem of not knowing which setting it is.

Thanks! It did help a bit. Setting it to a default setting made the difference less severe and it did help clear up that firefox just sucks with color profiles and it will always display them funny till the designers decide to do something about it.

I suspect the problem is a matter of your workspace colors being set wrong (though to what, I haven't a clue) and Safari and Preview both viewing it with the proper color profile, whereas Firefox says "eh, I don't want none of this color management business!"
The reason the ones pre-cs3 would look the same across all is (likely) because your workspace in CS2 matched the default color profile firefox uses in such a way that safari renders the images the same.
Unfortunately, I don't know much about customizing the work space's view of colors, and someone else more knowledgable than I would need to advise here. (Or I need to find a copy of CS3 to experiment with)

That outfit on Chi'arsae turned out pretty good as well as the design in it. Her hair, including the yellow bangs came out wonderful as well.

I like it. The anatomy looks good from here, though I'm not the best judge of that. I adore the way you did the eyes though. It's a neat way to do a character sheet.
