wohoo~ I made my first Pokemon comicThese are my main 3 pokemons. and their commentaries about "evolution". Each one has their own problem
Leroy the Luxio (but he prefers to be called "Roy") He's a pretty strong and loyal one, but well.... He can be lazy and disobedient sometimes. I'm having hard time leveling him up cuz he's too lazy for battles. 
but I finally evolved him into a Luxray (though his lazyness still doesn't change 
)
NOTE : my Luxio is not really like that in my Platinum game. I just made-up his personality for my Pokemon stories. Shane the Sneasel. His case is a true story. I never managed to evolve him into a Weavile because we need this item called "razor claw" and I HAVE NO CLUE where to find it. Heh, it's okay. I like him better as a Sneasel anyway. Leon the Eevee. Yeah, I did evolved him into a Leafeon because I didn't have any Grass-type pokemon that time 
besides, Leafeon is my favourite eeveelution~ Though it's against his will.... (lol, am I a cruel trainer or what XD) I suppose some other Eevees had this problem too. But don't worry about that, he actually likes being a Leafeon. He even more hyper than before That's all folks~ I might draw more pokemon comics when I have time

seems like Roy has enough of fights for now ~ cuz he needed to fight a bit to become Luxio

That luxio's name is Leroy (or just Roy). Leon is the Eevee
....I KNEW SOMEONE GONNA ASK THAT.
well at first I wanna draw him as a Shinx, but I feel that a shinx is way too young.... sooo I draw him as Luxio instead.
I think there are 2 logical explanations.... (you choose it yourself)
- He could be raised at the Daycare when he was a shinx, until he evolved to luxio. so there was no battles for him.
- OR the trainer caught/adopted him as a Luxio already. So he was evolved naturally.

Bah... Sneasel...
Actually I once got that similar problem... When my Gloom is level 55 and can't evolve to Vileplume after I realized that I didn't have that stone at all... T_T (such a waste I used it for some poke' experiments T_T)
then... with some desperations I had... I forced myself to seek any stone that able to be used to Gloom...
dang it... I accidentally evolved Gloom to Blossom.. huaaa... such a weak one compared to Vileplume T_T
think that luckily Sneasel didn't have alternate evo...
anyway, nice one... it's just like, umm... remembering my past when playing GB Colour.. (duh! what an old man I am >_<)

There are two places to find a Razor Claw and both can be found near or in Victory Road. Before beating the Elite 4, you can find a Razor Claw on the first floor of Victory Road. The other one is on Route 224 when you defeat the Elite Four and attain access to the Route from Victory Road.

Yes. This comic. <33 Pretty much describes every evolution problem I've run into. Except the whole "levels up with hapiness 8D" and I've gotten my pokies to FULL HAPPINESS I KNOW BECAUSE THEY HUG ME, and they still don't evolve. What even.
I know you get the Razor Claw at the battle arena in SoulSilver/HeartGold... Bulbapedia could probably tell ya where to find it. C:
Pokestories/comics like this make my day, I love seeing people that think up tories for their pokemon games... makes me feel not s alone in the world. xD

Totally. I've befriended a lot of Pokemon in PokePark 2, and had done all 50 cc cups in Mario Kart Wii. So, yes, totally enjoying them. (no need to be that jealous, lol *shot*)
