It's Ugly Cat again, in his glorious days.... lol, why I love drawing this guy so much?!
Yes, we know that he has some-kind-of superpower that he calls "Magic". Actually, He doesn't use his magic powers very often, only when necessary.
But when he's finally about to unleash his powers.....

In its maximum rate, his magic powers are soooo strong that it can destroy anything on its path
and get you killed in a flash.How did he get his powers is still remains as secret...

Alrighty!
This is a very well organized piece; the composition, the color palette, the expression look great. I feel that you placed the character in a great space on the page so the viewer may feel the full effect of his power, and the gradation that starts as a purple color scheme and ends in black nearing the ends of the page add a mystical touch. The idea and composition are just perfect, but I suggest a stronger gesture for the character.
Not a completely different gesture, but I feel the one he is making is a bit off. For me its his left arm (the lowest one) which I feel may be too low. And the gesture also could be made stronger if he were to lean back a little more as if he is trying to look down upon his victim. (Don't get me wrong- the gesture he has is great compositionally, but ideally it could be stronger)
Also there is a lot of negative space at the top left of the piece, just above the curving lightning. I feel like it doesn't really need to be there, or that it could be cropped out, or that the lightning can be tilted so that it is going that direction ( but I feel that may damaged the composition.)
All and all this is very impeccable, I only suggest a stronger gesture, and different use of negative space. I give 8.9 out of 10
