I would really suggest you work on yoru shading. The difference between the shades you use is so minimal it just looks like a solid colour when you zoom out. I also don't feel the tard eyes work all that well. To me a drool would most likely be used when something looks really great. The tard eyes give a weird feel to it like he's been bashed over the head or something. The mouth could also dow with some work. The triangular shape looks a bit odd and the fact its the darkest part of the emote makes you focus more on that than the drool.

I like the fact you've included the puddle, but on the other hand its make the emote twice as tall which makes it less usable within a sentence.

I also feel when the drop pauses on the lip it looks too perfect. You either need to make it slant to thr ight or make the pause shorter.
