Description
Isane is the Elementalists of Wind. He is the youngest of the main fourth Pony Elementalists.
He can manipulate and create wind as well as change it density and contents.
He spend most his time in sky making sure everything is alright and watching for the dangerous around.
He have a lot of complexes cus of his look (the reflecting rainbow mane, bird like tail and one wing) as he constantly feel like he is not taken seriously by others (mostly Faya fault xD )

In fact his mane and tail are white, but since he spend so much time in sky it undock into all different colors ^w^~

Really cool design! He reminds me a bit of dragon, maybe for the shape of his muzzle or of his mane, which looks a bit like a dragon's crest

That was the idea! He is a wind Elementalists, so the wings would be appropriate, but i didn't want to give im feather ones since he is not an ordinary pegasus so i think about inspiring him on dragons which are also consociate with sky C:

So far i have only one sketch for a dragon-pony hybrid, for Spike next gen, but it's far from the final design xD

Oh so you're like me: you want to have a good story to accompany your drawings ^w^ I know how you feel, I often spend more time writing the story to accompany a piece of art than the time I spend to make the drawing itself

Bliss body is more proportional and have a pretty typical parts as for the water type ponies and minor water elementalists are similar to him, when Isane is a mix of pony and dragon, but he also has the bird like tail (it may not be seen here clearly, but those are not hair, but feathers ^w^~ ), his mane is similar to Bliss as it's kind of membrane and he has only one wing C:

At first he was suppose to have both, but i realize i didn't draw the second after scanning it and my lazy nature say "nope! we are not fixing it!" So i decide he will indeed have only one wing! Thought it will be interesting as he didn't lost it in any way, he was just created like this even if he is supposed to be the greatest flyer in the sky ^w^~
