So this is my first deviation and my first manga type drawing so if anyone could give me some tips or some links that could help me I would really apreciate it!Please critique but keep in mind that I'm new at this

Let's see if I can help you.I think her eyes are really pretty along with her hair (don't forget, it wouldnt hurt to add extra strands of hair. Think of how your hair moves)
Try not to hide the characters hands (no worries, I use to do that too) Also, add folds in her dress. There are many great clothing fold tutorials here on deviantart!
I think you have a great start seeing that this is your first anime drawing! Good job and keep practicing!
