Description
My Suzumebachi for my Soi Fong cosplay.Made from craft foam, clay, thin cardboard, acrylics & other various craft pieces.
I remade the gaulet piece twice & remade the stinger piece about 6 times & I'm still not completely satisfied with it.
I will NEVER make another one of these again. But if anyone wants to know how to make it, just comment or send me a note.

There are actually a lot of cracks in the paint - mostly on the underside, so you can't see them in any of the pictures, which is good. At Supanova, the paint on the tip of the claw flaked off and the cardboard underneath went all floppy, I had to trim it down about a centimetre and repaint that entire claw portion. -_- I think, in total, I usued more than half the tube of gold paint I've got. I lost track of how many layers I put on, at any rate.
